Because our products are freshly made food items, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

That said, we want you to be happy with your Mello Pop order. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with the quality of your product, please reach out to us as soon as possible.

Refunds or replacements may be offered on a case-by-case basis. Please include your order details and a description of the issue. Photos may be requested to help us better understand the situation.
